This is a 4 day O.C.R. level 1 qualification course.  The course is suitable for novices or anyone relatively new to computer office applications.  The students are required to learn 3 subjects and pass formal examinations in these subjects to receive the full award.

The three subjects required are:

• Electronic Mail
• Using Web Browsers to retreive information
• Production of Internet Web Pages

Course fees for this subject are dependant on the status of each individual student.  Some courses are subsidised and some are free. The course fee includes course materials, examination fees, refreshments and VAT
